Refunds
Refund policy
You can get a refund within 14 days of your payment going through, as long as fkdr hasn’t been downloaded with your key. Once it’s been downloaded, the purchase is final.
When a refund applies
- Not downloaded, within 14 days: refunded in full. The 14 days start the moment your payment goes through.
- Downloaded: final, even if it was only once: the fkdr app from your key page or the Discord, or an update fetched with your key.
- More than 14 days after the payment: final.
- Renewals: each renewal has its own 14 days from its own payment, as long as fkdr isn’t downloaded with your key after it.
- Also not refundable: a ban or punishment on a server, or a key you shared or lost.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket in the fkdr Discord (discord.gg/fkdr) with the last four characters of your key. The money goes back the way you paid, and the key stops working.
Free keys
Keys from a Discord boost, a giveaway or a staff member are free, so there is nothing to refund.
