Terms of service

The licence

• A purchased key is a personal, non-transferable licence to use fkdr for as long as the project exists. “Lifetime” means the life of the project; there is no renewal fee.
• The key works on the device it is set up on. Each key covers one device; you manage it on your key page, where you can move the key to another computer twice, and after that by asking in the Discord.
• Do not share, sell, lend or give away a key, or resell access. Doing so is grounds to revoke the key without refund.
• Do not copy, change or redistribute fkdr or any part of it. Doing so is grounds to revoke the key without refund. This does not take away any right the law gives you that cannot be waived.
• Updates are delivered as they are released. We aim to keep fkdr working with current Minecraft and Lunar Client versions but cannot promise it works with every version, launcher or setup, or that any feature stays forever.
• A key from a Discord boost is a courtesy, lasts as long as the boost, and is not a purchase.

The design, code, artwork and text of fkdr.dev, docs.fkdr.dev and fkdr are proprietary: a licence lets you use them, not copy, reproduce, scrape or republish them.

Buying

• Pay with crypto on the store page, or with Zelle or Venmo in a ticket in the fkdr Discord (Zelle and Venmo add a $5 fee). The price is shown before you pay.
• A crypto payment shows your key on the store page the moment it confirms, and it is emailed to you if you gave an email. A ticket payment gets its key in the ticket. Your key opens your key page at any time.
• You can get a refund within 14 days of your payment going through, as long as fkdr hasn’t been downloaded with your key. Once it’s been downloaded, the purchase is final. See the refund policy.
• A payment that is reversed or disputed revokes the key.

Using fkdr

fkdr is a client-side utility mod for playing on Hypixel and other servers. Every server has its own rules about mods, and Minecraft itself has usage guidelines; you are responsible for checking them. If a server bans a feature, do not use it there. Do not use fkdr to harass, cheat, exploit or harm other players or any server.

The server and the Discord

The Minecraft server, the movie theatre and the Discord are free and run for fun. Follow their rules, be decent to people, and do not upload or play anything you have no right to. We may kick, mute, ban or take anything offline at any time, for any reason, with no notice and nothing owed.

Age

You must be at least 13 to use this site and the Discord. If you are under 18, buy only with a parent or guardian's permission, because they are agreeing to these terms on your behalf. See the privacy page for what is kept about you.

Liability

fkdr, the site, the server and the Discord are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or anything a third party (Mojang, Hypixel, Lunar, Discord, payment services) does, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived; where those rights apply, they take precedence over these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do, and continued use after that means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without taking away protections you have under the law of where you live. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
